After forgetting I had set an appointment for a Furnace Tune Up the Scott Hale Plumbing Heating and AC technician Bryson called me and waited for me to return from an appointment. He completed his inspection, gave me some very valuable maintenance advice and asked if his company could service our AC in the Spring. I was very impressed with Bryson and am happy to have found a company I can continue to use year after year!

Brandon came to install two new cartridges in my Moen facet handles. I had a slow drip. He succeeded in changing out the one that caused the drip. The other was so calcified, he was afraid of breaking a small plastic part he had no replacement for. It remains a little sticky but will probably last a couple more years or so. He was honest about it.

HVAC Service

Just had Pete here to service my 2 furnaces. I did need a small part replaced in both. There was no high pressure sales. He took time to educate me on my furnace. He was quick and personable. I will be calling next time I need HVAC and referring him to friends and neighbors.
